Reno Leases Medical Office Building
Reno Properties Group recently completed the lease up of 1268 Main Street, an 11,400 SF medical office building located in Newington center.

Reno was appointed building manager and leasing agent in May when the property was 50% vacant. Since that time Reno implemented a complete exterior landscaping renovation, new signage and a complete interior common area renovation. Reno simultaneously leased over 5,000 SF, attracting five new tenants to the building.

Newington Medical Associates leased 2,200 SF, Psychology Associates leased 1,045 SF Community Chiropractic leased 915 SF, Unique Extrusion leased 725 SF and New Meadow Massage Therapy leased 425 SF. The building is now fully leased to 12 tenants.

Reno Represents H&R Block
Reno Properties Group recently completed three commercial space assignments for H&R Block. Engaged by H&R Block to locate space and negotiate leaseholds in the greater Hartford Connecticut marketplace for three tax and financial centers, Reno completed assignments in Farmington, Bristol and Rocky Hill.

H&R Block is opening tax and financial centers in Round Hill Plaza on Farmington Ave in Farmington (left), Pavilion West on Cromwell Ave in Rocky Hill (center) and Shop Rite Plaza on Farmington Ave in Bristol (right). Reno acted as exclusive tenant representative for H&R Block. The team of Michael Gallon and Dan Garofalo located the spaces and negotiated the leases for H&R Block.
